Never again will I buy from Homemark

For the second time I tried to buy online and both times after having paid for the items, I have been told they are out of stock. When I asked them to refund my money I was told that they only process refunds on a Thursday and although it was a Thursday, I had missed the cut off and would have to wait a week for my refund. When I asked to speak to the manager - guess what? They were off today and please phone tomorrow??????
