Most pathetic service at Homemark Store

I have received the most pathetic service at Homemark at the Alberton Mall. After the last 3 unsuccessful attempt to return an item, I will never buy another Homemark product again! As agreed with the store manager Jacob, I went next day to the store i.e. yesterday to return the item. But Jacob was on leave and Valencia said she could not return the item and I must come back on Friday to do the return (no other reason given) !!!! I said I cannot come back on Friday and wanted my return done today, as agreed with Jacob. She emphatically and rudely mentioned that this was NOT going to happen and that the manager together with his sales assistant shouldn't have made such an arrangement with me. At this point I looked away from her as I was talking to the other sales person who was at the shop with Jacob. This Valencia arrogantly gets in my face, in my ear and tells me rudely and loudly that 'I can pretend that she is not there but she will NOT do the return today!' Can you believe that the store does not have a phone to call the manager and resolve. The sales person asked me to use my phone and my airtime to call him. I never came so close to loosing it....to cut a long story short, I still have the item and don't know what their story will be when I go back to the store today!
