Misleading advertising

I am bitterly disappointed with 3 of the products I just recently purchased. The paint brush, GS27 scratch remover kit and the fix it pro. Despite following instructions, not one of these products worked as advertised. I sent an email to the customer service but as yet no response. I cannot see how they are allowed to sell products which clearly doesn't work as advertised.
