Misleaded into purchasing items

I purchased 2items at the value of R1799,99 i was told that i have 7days to return the items. When i return to the store i was informed i couldnt return the items because it was on promotion and due to hygiene. I was given a contact number and name thats did not work. For the last 10 days i have been trying to get hold of Homemarks manager and someone that can authorise my return.
