Mad as hell

good day, i bought a pair of gel size 10 slippers at Homemark in Kenilworth Center for my husband unfortunately the slippers was to small for him, so i returned it immediately the next day only to be told that they do not refund but i can take something else to that value because they did not have bigger size 10 is the biggest size, i did not want anything else i wanted my money back to buy him slippers somewhere else, i was not told about their no refund policy on purchasing of the item, when i complained to their offices the lady at the branch told them that i was informed about their no refund policy which is a lie she did not tell me of this policy, now i am stuck with slippers that i cant use,
