Invalid Refund/Return policy

<p>I bought the Igia Hairstraightning brush from homemark in December. when i tested the devise i was not happy as the brush does not straighten hair at all. i went back to the shop where i purchased it, Wonderpark Game Homemark, however was advised by the homemark sales rep that unfortunately they cannot refund or return the device as i used it, and if i didnt use it, then only can they return and refund me. This is unfair as i spend R400 on a brush that does not do or perform as the adverts say, nor am i happy with the purchase at all, however now i am advised that "sorry, you used it so you have to keep it even if your unhappy... Maybe you shouldnt have used it for us to do the refund" In my life i will never purchase any product from homemark again and should i have friends and family that wish to purchase anything from the company, i will surely and happily tell them of the poor service and the false advertising the company involves us in.</p>
