Internet purchases always a proble.

I have bought an item that Home mark had posted in a mail,a Polaroid eyewitness dash cam on the 28th May 2015 and after a few telephone calls I was told by Noby that there was no stock and then they had to get stock and so on. Then last week Thursday the 12th of June 2015 at 09:51 I phoned and spoke to Noby and she informed me there was power outage and that she would call me back at 10:30 or 11:00 the same day. Well as usual nobody phoned me back and later that afternoon I phoned again and was told by Noby that the device was on its way to me and that Monday afternoon I would receive my device.It is now 17:37 the 15/06/2015 and till now still no device. Can someone please help me out in finding out where the dam thing is or has it been shipped to the moon? I find the service pathetic and will never use them again and never will I support any product of Homemark again and will tell everyone about this pathetic adventure I have had.
