Humiliating Service

I have never felt so humiliated like this before with the service i got from Alberton Homemark Branch by Lady name of Rejoice.

We have went to the branch and found a gentlemen who said to us the lady who works there is has gone out. The gentleman has phoned the lady to notify her that there is customers that need to be serviced and she said she at pick n' pay. We patiently waited for a very long time over 45 minutes which was few minutes before 18:00.

When the lady comes back she did not have the courtesy to greed us nor say anything. We then walked to her and told her what we needed which was 19 piece pots , mini speaker and we had to find something else that we needed to buy to claim the full amount that was allocated on our voucher.

To my surprise the lady started shouting telling us that we must rush and go out as she needed to go home yet we waited for her for a very long time. She told words like she does not care if we waited for long and she even unapologetic about the whole thing and all she wanted was to get us out of the shop.

When i told her that we have waited for her and now she want us to rush and leave, she snapped and told us that she is hated me telling her that she cannot rush after we have waited for her for such a long time.

She has made us a joke and coursed circus of us , shouting , telling all humiliating words . I felt very humiliated and walked out crying
