Horrible service @ Homemark boardwalk Inkwazi

<p>I bought a radio 5 days ago for the kids, it's not playing properly. Tried taking it back for the exchange; a gentleman assisting me was so unprofessional, with a stinking attitude he refused the exchange nor the refund claiming that I might have tampered with the cables and so forth. Why would one do such??! </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm failing to understand why do I have to wait for the radio to be taken back to repairs while there is stock available. </p> <p> </p> <p>There'll be no use for this radio after the festive.</p>
