Homemax Mosquito Killer is a ****

I purchased a home max mosquito killer from Dischem on the 4th Dec 2024. To date this thing never caught a single mosquito nor fly but just makes noise and consumes electricity. I know Dischem won't accept a return as it's not their product. I demand home max to refund me fully as their products is not doing what it claims to do
