Homemark/Vodacom Cell Contracts

Homemark sold me an upgrade on my contract. Returned the phone because they offered me an upgrade but send me a new cell contract. Returned the phone after dealing with both Vodacom and Homemark that I don't owe any money and now 10 month later (received no corespondance ever) I receive an SMS from HP Attorneys that I'm being handed over for collection - R1764 later. This is so ridiculous - Don't ever take any contracts if people phone you !!!!!
