Homemark Vodacom contract ****

I got a call today from a lady saying she’s from Vodacom, long story short I entered into a data contract and I was told I would receive a reference number and a call from the confirmation department but I have not heard anything. I then went on Google and saw the reviews, I’m horrified that I have been ****med and worried that my identity has been ******. Could someone please help me. I have contacted Vodacom and Afrizon and I haven’t heard back as yet. I called the ***** department at my bank and I was advised to freeze my account.
