Homemark Fourways & Mall Cresta

On Sunday( 30 July 2024) I bought blue gel sleepers at Homemark Foutways Mall. I already have a pair that's a bit bigger and I unfortunately couldn't take it back at the time as I bought it and went to another province where there is no homemark and I could not make an exchange. Sunday( 30 July 2024) I bought another pair looking for my exact size, there was a shop assistance which is a male that offered to help me and picked for me the size, as I was in a hurry I couldn't double check since it was late Sunday afternoon and I trusted that he definitely gave me a size I was looking for. I have emphasized what size I wanted to him.

Today which is Friday, 05 July 2024 I took the pairs of slippers to Cresta Mall for an exchange or refund as I was quite confident that they will help me as the guy at Fourways Mall is the one who confirmed the size. When I got to Cresta Mall Homemark Store the lady was so rude to me telling me that they don't do refunds even though it's not my fault that I was sold a bigger size by their colleague at fourways Mall( Homemark). They called the guy at Fourways Mall today, only today he told me that they never had the size I wanted at all. I left there without any conclusion as I couldn't bare being told same thing repeatedly.

I asked for way forward they couldn't give me the way forward. By the way I saw another review about the quality I definitely agree that the quality is bad! At first I thought it could be my feet
