Homemark Perfect Shape damaged and Rep Kevin ****

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Game stores in Alberton. The perfect shape that I bought at Easgate on the 19th of March is damaged I only wore it four time and it was damaged before the 10 days money back guarantee given. I haven't had time to take it back and it looks like its money down the drain. WHY DOES HOMEMARK HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE? If they trust that their product is that good then their money back guarantee wouldn't be 10 days. More over the saleslady Busi Matomane called her rep Kevin and when I spoke to him he told me his name is John Coles which was a lie. I have his cell number and I am not impressed, if he was sure of what he was selling he wouldn't have a need to lie about his name.<br> <br> Game Stores should just stop selling homemark products, I am a loyal customer of game and have an account with them. This was a very big disappointment for me and I will NEVER EVER BUY Homemark products.
