Homemark-pathetic company

This is the most pathetic company I've ever dealt with. No sense of Cutomer Service. From the shop to Head Office the staff are poorly trained,unhelpful and rude. Sifiso from Head Office **** blatantly to me and Nelly at Festival Mall was terribly rude and unhelpful. They are not interest to assist even if their staff were at fault. And the Regional Manager showed no interest in resolving the matter. What a bunch of ******.
