HOMEMARK ONLINE ORDERS

On the 11th January 2019, I've ordered online the Milex Antarctic Air Cooler. EFT was done immediately and the order confirmed. On the order it states "Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being paid and are delivered in 1 - 4 working days" I've had to follow up twice, first time they've provided me with an waybill number, but according to Dawnwing it is not on the system. Following up with Homemark on the 18th Jan and also e-mailing, still waiting or the answer. Today followed up again.......now I get advised they don't have stock?????
