Homemark "Online Customer Service" Pathetic!

The service from their online department is pathetic to say the least, placed an order on Monday 11.01.2021, payment confirmed with Raymond on 12.01.2021 but order was to be released on Tuesday! Called on Thursday 14.01.2021 over 15 times and both Raymond & Bongi said they will call but here I am still waiting for an answer from their dispatch department! Emailed their Manager Christine as well, no response. Their Customer Service department should be re-looked at as this is NOT customer service! PATHETIC service...... to say the least!
