homemark milex blender issues with repair service

terrible terrible repair service. i have a blender with a 2-year warranty which broke after a year of hardly any use. i had to send it to them at my own cost. i had to almost give DNA samples to prove my 24-month guarantee before they would help me. after sending it, i had to follow up for THREE WEEKS and each week i was being **** to about the item that is on its way back to me. wonderful blender, terrible terrible company. better hope your item never ever breaks and needs a repair
