Homemark Clearwater,the worst service!

@HOMEMARK @CLEARWATERMALL is the pit! Worst service one can ever get. The staff don’t even know what they’re doing themselves there.It’s like a classroom with no teacher!They clearly not being trained to work.One staff passes she wrong doing to the other,always changing staff,always missing customer’s returned items slips & details. Never follows up for months on end untill one calls or go to the shop personally.Its just a mess of a shop.I wonder why head office doesn’t hire a manager for that shop!Its a mess,I doubt they even know why they come to work.Every second customer that enters the store has a complaint, not about the product mainly but the services those young staff gives.Its a mess of a store!Rather drive further & go to another branch but not Homemark Clearwater.
