Homemark Carbon Ice Pillow - False advertising

I purchased the new carbon ice pillow based on advertising and sales pitch of its quality and staying cool. Sadly the pillow did not live up to any of the promises. I did contact Homemark to complain, only to be told there is nothing they can do about that. I received an email stating such from Bongiwe Qwesha.

SO, anyone wanting got buy this product, i would strongly recommend you DO NOT.
