Homemark ****

I was signed up for 36 MONTH data contract without them giving me the full details. The lady made it seem like I was just being offered free 30Gigs data for taking out a phone contract. When I ask them to cancel, they tell me to call MTN to cancel it myself. When I contacted MTN I’m told I have to pay R8000 to cancel a data plan that was put on a prepaid number. The worst part is the guy I spoke to from MTN was so rude and short with me. DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH HOMEMARK OR MTN. ABSOLUTELY USELESS
