Homemark are *****!!!!

Homemark is such a *******! I was sold a wireless charger by Ayanda who works at the Four ways branch. She said the charger would work with mine and my husband's phone and if it doesn't she guaranteed that I would get it back within 7 days. I took it to your Cresta branch on Saturday 1 day later and Samuel said I must come back on a week day. My husband went back today and Samuel's cheek said he can't refund the money. Does the NCC know the kind of business u guys are running??? I want my money back and you'll need to compensate for my time and effort for returning your useless product and your pathetic staff members. Samuel went back on his word and said they don't refund. That is against the NCA. if I don't receive a response you guys can watch me take u guys for misrepresentation and using customers!!!
