Homemark

I ordered a Fast Trax set from Homemark. The add they place on the internet state it come with a remote controll and a jump ramp. I recieved the parcel today and all I get is the tracks, car sheet of stickers and the instruction manuel. I tried to phone the number on the box and email but get no answer. I want my money back and they can take their piece of **** back
