Homemark

Be very aware of Homemark! I ordered a pair of no 12 Gell Slippers according to there ad on TV for R199.00 on 24/04/2019 and spoke to Patricia who said I can return it if not satisfied at there cost. Can you imagine my shock when I found that they debited my bank account with R301.81 which included express delivery and insurance for R43.082 which I never requested as well as shipping and handling charges of R70.00! I only received it a week later and could not even get half of my foot in it as it said x-large sizes 11-12, made in China! Then my battle started! I must have spent at least R100.00 on cellphone charges as it is impossable to get through to there customer service department. There cs manager is Mornè who never returned any of my calls. After speaking to a number of other employees I eventually got them to send the courier to collect the slippers. After another call today I was advised by Bongani, who was the only one who was of any help, that the credit was passed yesterday. I am anxiously waiting to see if it is going to happen! I will never buy anything from them!!!!
