Homemark. 25l Milex Air Fryer

I bought a Milex 25l Airfrier in August 2023 when I received it I asked is it second hand because it did not have the crumb tray, I was send one then in Sep I asked why it sounds like it going to take off, it was send back and they, in October, January I send an email again asking why this unit gets so hot I cannot touch the buttons. They collected it and once again it was “repaired”. Now it sounds like it going to take off again and the buttons still get so hot you cannot touch the unit or want to touch it if you need something to bake further. I have been dissatisfied, since I received this and asked for a refund but no joy. I will never buy anything from them again. My previous Milex was awesome.
