Home Mark Products are immature- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH HOME MARK PRODUCTS

JP Home mark rep -advised a game staff not to do a refund -take the product for assessment meanwhile i must stay on the cold for 21 days or 6months for the outcome ,the lady mentioned that the rep always complain about refunds are taken from their commission so they advised that we don't do an exchange even refund before assessment ,i want my refund ...i dont care how you do it ,your product is useless now i need to suffer for that ...i was listening to the conversation with the game lady over the phone .............
