Home Mark is pathetic
I have never in my life dealt with such a useless company. I bought a Top Mop at Game and went to get a replacement head which they do not stock. Went to the East rand mall to the Home Mark shop and they do not have stock either and they cannot advise when they will be getting stock. Phone the useless call centre at *** and they put the phone down in your ear. How can you not stock replacement parts? I wasted my time going to Game and then the East Rand Mall and paying for parking all for nothing. I demand feedback and a solution to my problem - this is pathetic.

I have been in contact with our spares department and they advised that we do have stock of the replacement head you requested. They will be sending the replacement to the East Rand Mall branch and as soon as the store receives it they will contact you.
I apologize for the poor service you received and will bring this matter to the attention of our National Sales manager to ensure that this sort of this does not happen again.
