********** COMPANY - DO NOT PURCHASE

Made a purchase on the 22nd of December 2021 for 7 gel slippers. I received 2 of the 7 slippers only. I had been trying to get in contact with Homemark via email since I received the items but got no reply. I eventually called and spoke to Bongiwe who requested I scan the invoice sent with my items and email it back to her. It has been 2 weeks and I still have gotten no response on a way forward. This is a ********** company, and based on other reviews this is common practice.
