********** Contract was taken out on my name through Homemark for 2X Samsung A12 Cell phones on the 13 Dec 2021 Was only picked up now when Statement was received in my email and when I wanted to do a credit check on my report . I went to the main Vodacom branch which gave me all evidence pertaining to my contract

I never ever took out a contract through you guys , The Consultant in question that processed the ********** order was TSHABALALAM17

A case of ***** will be opened as I am not a customer of yours at all . Please be advised where you got this contract from and my name etc
