Floormax piece of ****!!!

I purchased the floormax mop kit on the 5th December 2023. Less than 2 months in the mop has bent. I contacted homemark to advise them of this and that i had unfortunately lost the proof of purchase. Someone by the name of Leonard Rosen contacted me advising me that it will fall under wear and tear, and besides that they can't help me without proof of purchase. He said I can take the mop to the store and see if they will assist me. I advised him I still have the box as well. Wear and tear in less than 2 months??? Come on!!!! I want a refund or the mop to be replaced!!! People loose pieces of paper, surely you can give your customers better service!!!!
