False Advertising and Promises

Hi.

I made a order on sunday, your advert said order with in *** time and delivery will be on Wednesday 16 October 2019.

I have not received my order, phone the courier company and they said it is still in JHB and was only collected today.

Your website says shipped with in 24 hours.

All the above was false advertising and i am not happy with this.
