False Advertising and no feedback or response

Good day<br> <br> I have purchase the 'Transform Neoprene Magnetic Back Support' on the launch promo on Thursday 16th July 2015. I did not receive an order number nor an email confirmation of the order, but the payment of R149.95 was deducted from my account. Noby Kwesa then emailed me back to advise that there was a system issue and that she can see the payment but not what was ordered. I rep**** to her email advising what I purchased along with the required size. It was the TRANSFORM NEOPRENE MAGNETIC BACK SUPPORT in a medium size. <br> <br> What I got however was something completely different to what was advertised. I have a product and original packaging should you wish to see a picture. I am also able to have it couriered back to you for a refund as this is not what I ordered. <br> <br> I received DR X LEISURE POSTURE SUPPORT size extra small. <br> <br> I have emailed Noby again and ccd Cher Olivier and Zubaidah also at Homemark but have not yet received any sort of confirmation of my feedback nor advice on what to do with regards to this product that I do not want. <br> <br> Your policy states within 7 days of package being delivered. My first coms to Noby, Cher and Zubaidah was on Friday, 24 July 2015
