FALSE ADVERTISING

Homemark have been advertising the Titan Twister Mop for a number of months, there was even a promotion running recently with this product. On enquiring, on several occasions, I was always told that they are out of stock and will be getting stock shortly. I have even written to Homemark on two occasions but to date no one has had the decency to contact me. It seems to me that Homemark are advertising products that are not available and thus duping the consumer to go into their store in the hope that they will buy another product.
