Extremely Bad Service
I have 3 gift vouchers which I would like to spend at Homemark. Homemark's system has been offline for the last 6 months. Every time I go to a Homemark store they just say 'oh sorry the system is still off' I must come back tomorrow and maybe I am lucky to find the system online. They want me to drive there every day just to see if their system is back online. I asked the lady numerous times if she can take my contact details and call me when their system is working again. She pretends to write down my contact details, but never do.<br> I phoned head office and made a complaint. The person was extremely rude and said it's my problem. I asked the lady what is going to happen if the vouchers expire before I can use them because of their negligence. She simply just told me then I lose the money on the card. That is not acceptable! I asked her if she can maybe give me an idea of when their system is going to be back online again. She had no idea! I asked her if I can go into a Homemark store and can they give me the money in cash that is on the vouchers. They refused. It is R900 that I will lose at the end of the day. Rude! Unprofessional!
Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I would like to apologize for the service you received. I can assure you that I have informed our regional manger of this problem and they are working on it.
I have been contact with our voucher department and they have informed me that you have combined available R820.00. I have also informed the Kollonade branch that you will be coming to redeem your vouchers.
Best regards
