<p>I bought an Air o space on Sunday @homemark Westgate, when the transaction was happening, the consultant never mentioned that the store does not refund you on an Air o space. When I got home, some financial situation came up and I had to return the air o space still in its box not opened, when I looked at my slip I noticed only then that the store does not return air o space. I personally disagree with this t&c. As a client you need to be told this upfront and you need to be given a 7days exchange and return policy on all products accept for hygiene products. The air o space product is no hygiene risk and like I said the box was not even opened, it’s still in it sellable condition, To is Tuesday and I am still waiting for the regional manager to contact me, as I said I need the money back urgently</p>
