Excellent Service

<p>I was in the store yesterday looking for the spin mop which we previously purchased twice but both times had the handle break. I friendly and clued up lady by the name of Natasha helped me and informed me that they had a new model which is currently out of stock and will probably only arrive in about 2 months. She did however offer to sell me a replacement handle of the new mop which they fortunately had 1 of in stock and she threw in the mop head at no cost because it would not fit my old mop head. She even gave me the stores old bucket as ours had a problem with the bearing leaking and not spinning. Natasha went way beyond what was expected by the sales staff and went out of her way to create a solution for me. I learned a lot from her and hope to be able to show the same care and respect to my clients next time I face a difficult stuation. Well done Natasha, I'd employ you to run my business any day. </p>
