Embarrassing Christmas gift
Just before Christmas I decided to buy my wife the Gelaticimo Ice Cream Maker from Homemark. Even though against my better judgement (because I have never found one of their products that work) I decided to give it a go. I got it for my wife because she loves cooking and making treats for the kids but when she tried it she actually came to me and apologised to me with the words \ sorry I know you meant well with the gift but it doesn't work."Just to make sure we tried it twice more"

I have taken this matter up with management and they have informed me that based on the fact that you purchased the product early December and that you have used it we will not be able to refund or exchange to product. Our refund period is 7-14 days and exchange period 30 days provided that the product is in a resealable condition.
