Don't buy products from Homemark
I bought a Milex 3 in 1 robot vacuum and mop from Takealot in 2019. The machine proved faulty after a few months and I sent it in for repairs. Takealot replaced the device. After 3 months the new device stopped working due to one of the wheels not functioning properly. I again contacted Takealot, but they rep**** that the warranty period of the first device has expired, and the warranty does not get extended when they replace a device. I was advised to contact Homemark, the supplier where Takealot sourced the device. I contacted Homemark, and the person at customer care told me they will send a courier to pick up the device for assessment. I waited a month, without anything happening, and contacted them again. This time I had to courier the device to Homemark's repair center. I did that, and had no feedback whatsoever from Homemark. I contacted customer care on numerous occasions, without any feedback. After about a month, the customer care agent again advised me to send the device in for assessment. I rep**** it was already done, and sent the waybill of the courier via email. I still had no feedback to indicate receipt of the device, or the status of repair. I again tried to contact the customer service yesterday, but there was no answer. The device was received by the workshop on 3 March 2021 already. I believe this matter should have been resolved already. The service I receive is really disappointing.
