Don't buy from Homemark!

I bought a Floormax mop on the 16th of June, I used it once. This weekend when I used it for the second time the mopping pad was broken where it goes into the mop bucket. I went back to the store I bought it from just to hear the mop replacement pads, I have to order online. R100 delivery for a R59-00 product further! But the problem is I really want Homemark to refund me on my purchase, as I don't want a product that I have to replace the mop pad every other use, after paying R379 for a mop! Trying to phone Homemark, just to hear that I have to leave a message! This is more than pathetic. First and last Homemark purchase for me.
