DON"T BUY FROM "HOMEMARK"

So i bought myself the new Anti-theft backpack from HomeMark, Clearwater Mall on the 20 August 2018 , Today is the 9 October not even 30 days have passed and this Water proof and Theft proof bag's Strap has torn, all i have been doing with the bag is take to work and back home with minimum weight , i haven't even used it yet to carry my laptop. A back is designed to be used everyday and to hold stuff inside it but this bag could last 20 days , My School Bag from Pick n Pay lasted longer then this. I spoke to their Customer Care and they told me they will take the bag and see if it can be repaired , if not they will replace it ... However this process can take 4 weeks , well that is nice ... Completely unacceptable and they clearly don't give a ****. My advise is don't buy anything from them. I am super upset and very unhappy with this service , as a first time buyer ... this is honestly **** service with **** product
