Dissatisfied customer

Purchased the v shape belt as well as a mop.came home tried the mop and was very disappointed with product called store to let them know they said must take to a homemark store nearme but i will not be refunded only exchange or a voucher would be given .called customer care spoke to a consultant who then told me i should not return product but try and get used to it.i was very upset as the mop was suppose to make life easier for me but somehow was doing the total opposite .Having a history with my back i was in pain when i tried to spin the mop dry .the v shape belt also hurt my back .i purchased the products on the 2nd of september surely i should be allowed to return the product within 7 days if one is not satisfied .Instead i was put on hold consultant said will call me back but never did .please can someone assist in matter .
