Disappointing Milex Nutri 2000

<p>I bought Milex Nutri (instead of the famous Nutri bullet) thinking I was going to save money and get a great product however I am very disapointed at the product:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. On the box it claims that the cups are Dishwasher Safe, however I have put the small cup at the top rack of my diswasher on normal cycle and it came out withered.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. The motor is very powerful but it seems to spin endlessly, It really has to be full to work, and I tried guacamole, but it spins so fast (even on pulse) that the mixture gets stuck on the side and doesn't go down....I also tried with onion and it completly pure it (even on slight pulse) eventhought it claims it can also chop etc. So far, I only manage smooties.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wrote an email on the company's website 1 month ago to report the defective cup ( the box and the manuel claims it is diswasher safe, then it has to be be, or cup must be replaced) and I heard nothing from them which I find very unprofessional.</p>
