deductions on my account

i bought an item at da store by a voucher and was offered a humper which da consultant explained to me,told the consultant that will think about it but to my surprise they deducted money from my account.then when i call they tranfered to to consultant named Samuel who told me that he is busy at the moment he can't listen to the recording they have he busy will call me tomorrow.now have to wait for him to be free to call me
