cellphone contract

Good day, I was called by the call center agent asking me to buy one of the cellphone they are selling, I then told her that mine needs an upgrade, which she agreed to do that, but it turn out that the lady made me to have 2 contract without my agreement, When I call Homemark, they all hang up on me, its frustrating, what is it that I should do?
