Bought HD Sun Glasses they were broken and the shop says they can`t take it

<p>I bought HD sun glasses and I returned them 2 times because the broke where the magnet is placed,on the third time I found the new guy who told me that I can`t return the glasses after 21 days, this is factory fault and the company knows but why they make it my problem,</p> <p>I that lawful that you cannot return faulty items less than 6 months, what is consumer act says? I regret why I bought this **** things from this shop,they robbing us and ripping us off.</p>
