Bad service

I received a call on the 08 January 2022, stating that my cell phone contract application has been approved and i will receive the phone in 3-5 working days.

It's been more than 3-5 working days and I haven't received anything from them.

When I call they don't pick.

I'm completely annoyed with their service😡😡
