Bad Service

The service is disgusting, I bought a ECOBright LED light on 17th March 2021, it stopped working and I returned it to the N1 City store where I bought it on the 15th June 2021. The salesman refused to give me a refund saying it is passed 14 days. Their website says their products have a 6 month warranty against defects. The salesman also promised to call me that evening or the next day and to date I have not heard from him. Thats now R 179.95 down the drain because they have no ethics.
