Bad Products

Bad Bad Service We bought 2 anti theft back packs from Homemark N1 City Mall. Not even two weeks we had the two back packs one back pack tore so we went back to Homemark and i said i would like an exchange.

They told me that they do not have stock i should come back the following weekend, during the week the 2nd back pack tore as well, so the weekend they told me to come back i showed them that the 2nd back pack tore as well and now i did not want to exchange but a full refund for both back packs that they agreed upon (Nadine) How ever they cannot do refund on debit cards as it was bought with. They can only refund cash but they do not have enough cash to give our refund at that point, and they would have contacted me later that day when they did sales, but at 16h00 on Saturday i had to call them at that point they only had R250 cash and could not refund. They where suppose to contact me on Sunday which they did not do so i had to call them again around 16h15 and then again they told me they only had R150 in store because of bad sales.

This is not my problem if they don't have cash flow problems and does not know how to do refunds on Debit cards.

All i want is my money back as arranged by them (Nadine)
