Bad online Service

I purchased the gel slippers back in November as a Christmas gift for a friend. I advised Homemark of this. When the parcel was opened there were 2 left foot slippers. On advising Homemark they said they were working short staffed but a ticket had been opened for my complaint and they would revert to me. To date I have heard nothing from them.
