Bad after sales service

Do not by products from these people online.When you have a problem with the item you can not get through to the customer care line and they do not reply to their emails. I bought a Milex product from them which I am not happy with and did contact them they made a commitment to have the product collected and they would refund me. That is as far as it went now they do not reply to my emails and you can leave messages on the customer care number ,they just do not call you back
